Aimee L. Stone joined Brackett & Ellis as an associate in June 2007 after practicing with an Amarillo firm for one year and a Fort Worth firm for three years. Ms. Stone has a strong taxation background and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting as well as an LL.M. in Taxation. Ms. Stone's practice consists primarily of estate planning, tax, probate, and business law. She advises clients regarding estate and incapacity planning; federal estate, gift, and income tax issues; probate and trust administrations; and the formation and operation of business entities. In 2009, she obtained her Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Ms. Stone received an AV Peer Review Rating by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell in 2010. Ms. Stone has been recognized by Texas Monthly as a "Rising Star" in Estate Planning and Probate and by Fort Worth Magazine as a "Top Attorney" in Trusts, Estates and Probate.
