Bruce Campbell joined Brackett & Ellis in 1988. His practice is focused primarily on the representation of defendants in personal injury suits, particularly medical negligence claims. He has experience representing doctors (both M.D.'s and D.O.'s), dentists, oral surgeons, nurses, certified registered nurse anesthetists, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare organizations and professionals. In addition to medical negligence claims, Mr. Campbell has represented defendants in general liability claims involving a variety of industries, including private security companies, construction companies, property management companies, and apartment complexes. Mr. Campbell also represents employers who are non-subscribers to workers' compensation insurance when faced with a personal injury claim from an employee.
