Coby Smith joined Brackett & Ellis in 1994, after working as a briefing attorney for the Honorable H. Tod Weaver of the Fort Worth Court of Appeals. Mr. Smith's practice is focused primarily in representing defendants in personal injury lawsuits, including construction site and vehicular accident claims, premises liability claims, and medical negligence claims. In addition, Mr. Smith is experienced in civil appellate law and has successfully represented clients before various appellate courts in Texas. He has been recognized by Texas Monthly as a "Texas Rising Star."
