Richard Gateley joined Brackett & Ellis in 1984 after working as a trial attorney with the Federal Trade Commission for over ten years. Mr. Gateley has substantial experience in complex commercial and business litigation and insurance disputes, including coverage, insurance bad faith litigation, breach of warranty and contract claims, RICO, and fraud. Additionally, he has represented numerous manufacturers before the Texas Motor Vehicle Commission. He has successfully represented public corporations, closely-held companies, and individuals in federal and state trial and appeals courts in Texas and around the nation.
