Russell Norment joined Brackett & Ellis in 1984 and has practiced primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and banking, representing lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, developers, contractors, buyers and sellers in a wide range of commercial transactions and other matters. In addition to his expertise in real estate sales and acquisitions, he has substantial experience in retail leasing, having represented a number of national retail tenants. He also represents a number of businesses and other clients in the formation of business entities, asset sales and acquisitions, and general contract negotiation, preparation and enforcement. Mr. Norment has been recognized by Texas Monthly as a "Texas Super Lawyer" in Real Estate Law, and by Fort Worth Magazine as a "Top Attorney."
