Mr. Scharar's practice focuses on drafting and negotiating entity organizational documents, assisting with estate planning documentation, and guiding clients through the probate court and estate administration process.  In addition, Mr. Scharar advises clients on a variety of business and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on real estate and taxation.

Mr. Scharar attended Michigan State University College of Law, where he was notes editor for the Michigan State Law Review.  During law school, he interned for the Honorable David W. McKeague on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for the Honorable Walter Shapiro of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Mr. Scharar is also a Certified Public Accountant with audit, tax return preparation, and tax consulting experience.  Prior to law school, Mr. Scharar worked as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Houston, Texas.
