Theodore Mack is a third generation Fort Worth lawyer, who believes that one can still maintain both litigation and transactional practices. As a litigator, he has been lead attorney in numerous reported cases ranging from antitrust to zoning. Over the years he has handled a wide variety of substantial real property, oil and gas, lending, and commercial transactions. He has successfully resolved multi-million dollar disputes as a mediator and as an arbitrator. For 20 years he served as an officer and director of the largest independent farm equipment distributor in the Southwest while maintaining his full-time law practice. Mr. Mack has been profiled in the Best Lawyers in America, and he is listed in Who's Who in American Law. He has been recognized by Texas Monthly as a "Texas Super Lawyer."
