• Counseling clients in reductions in force and terminations and WARN Act issues
• Employment contracts, including executive agreements, confidentiality agreements, compensation/bonus/sales plans
• Developing employer policies and procedures, benefit plans, job descriptions
• Advising clients on E-discovery solutions
