- Protecting client interests/assets through prosecution and defense of intellectual property matters, enforcement and drafting of non-compete, non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements
- Defending clients in breach of contract or employment agreements, wrongful discharge claims, fraudulent inducement and other employment torts
- Handling of federal and state Whistleblower claims
- Advising and counseling in areas such as personnel recruitment and hiring, responding to employee complaints, answering wage and overtime issues, handling requests for accommodation under the ADA
- Educating management on best practices in advancement, promotions best practices, employee performance review, and disciplinary action plans
- Counseling clients in reductions in force and terminations and WARN Act issues
- Employment contracts, including executive agreements, confidentiality agreements, compensation/bonus/sales plans
- Developing employer policies and procedures, benefit plans, job descriptions
- Advising clients on E-discovery solutions
