Bill Brackett (Retired) has practiced corporate, real estate, oil and gas, and banking law for over 40 years. His practice primarily consists of representing closely-held business entities, financial institutions and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions and lending transactions of all types. Mr. Brackett has extensive experience working with business and individual clients in industries such as commercial banking, commercial real estate, mortgage lending and investing. He also assists clients with a variety of business issues, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and dissolution. He represents clients in municipal financing transactions, construction loan transactions, municipal and private construction projects, oil and gas leasing, and mineral title issues.
