Bruce Campbell has practiced in the area of medical negligence and insurance defense litigation for over 25 years. He has significant experience representing professionals and entities in medical negligence claims, including physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, nurses, certified registered nurse anesthetists, psychologists, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare organizations and professionals. He also represents medical professionals before the Texas Board of Medical Examiners, Texas Board of Nurse Examiners, Texas Board of Dental Examiners and Texas Board of Examiners of Psychologists.

Mr. Campbell represents defendants in general liability claims in a variety of industries, including private security companies, construction companies, property management companies, and apartment complexes. He also represents insureds in automobile liability claims and employers who are non-subscribers to workers’ compensation insurance when faced with a personal injury claim from an employee.
