Claudine Jackson has significant trial experience in a broad range of cases, including labor and employment, workplace injuries, medical and professional liability, premises and products liability and commercial litigation. She has successfully represented employers, manufacturers, physicians, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations and professionals in both federal and state district and appellate courts.

Ms. Jackson counsels employers and employees in all aspects of employment law and workplace issues. She handles claims before federal and state employment agencies and routinely counsels public and private schools on personnel and employment matters.

Ms. Jackson is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization – a mark of excellence and distinguishing accomplishment achieved by fewer than 10% of practicing attorneys in Texas. To achieve board certification, she was required to pass a rigorous examination and demonstrate extensive expertise and knowledge in her specialty area. She also must engage in a continuous course of study in her specialty.

In 2007, Ms. Jackson was named the Outstanding Young Lawyer of Texas by Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Outstanding Young Lawyer of Tarrant County by the Fort Worth – Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. She was also one of three finalists for the 2008 National Outstanding Young Lawyer Award presented by the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. All of these awards recognize professional excellence, service to the profession, and public and professional responsibility.

Ms. Jackson is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review, signifying the highest level of professional excellence and adherence to the highest ethical standards – a distinction achieved by fewer than 5% of attorneys nationwide. She was recognized by Thomson Reuters in Texas Monthly from 2006-2011 as a Rising Star in the area of Employment Litigation – signifying a high degree of peer recognition and achievement in her practice area. She was also chosen by her peers for inclusion in the List of Top Attorneys for Employment Law, Employer (2010-2013) and Medical Malpractice Defense (2005-2007) in Fort Worth, Texas Magazine.

Ms. Jackson previously served as in-house employment counsel for an international aviation corporation.
