Jared Wilkinson practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, appellate, and intellectual property. He assists clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including researching and preparing motions, briefs, and other pleadings. Mr. Wilkinson assists with discovery, witness preparation, depositions, mediations,  and other pre-trial matters in federal and state district and appellate courts. He routinely drafts and argues a broad array of motions in state district courts.

In a case of first impression, Fifth Circuit held that a copyright holder must prove “volitional conduct” in any direct copyright infringement claim against an internet service provider.
