Jared Wilkinson practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, appellate, and intellectual property. He assists clients in a broad range of litigation matter, including researching and preparing motions, briefs, and other pleadings. Mr. Wilkinson assists with discovery, witness preparation, depositions and other pre-trial matters in federal and state district courts.
