Luke Ellis (Retired) has practiced in the area of commercial real estate for over 40 years, representing developers, builders, contractors, syndicators and realtors, as well as banks, insurance companies and other commercial lenders. He has extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions involving office buildings, apartments and residential complexes, retail space and shopping centers, condominium developments, mixed-use developments, industrial site development and school buildings. He also assists clients with a variety of business issues, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, zoning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and dissolution.

Mr. Ellis is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review, signifying the highest level of professional excellence and adherence to the highest ethical standards – a distinction achieved by fewer than 5% of attorneys nationwide.
