Maritza Sanchez practices primarily in the areas of general litigation and school law. Ms. Sanchez assists clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including the preparation of pre-trial motions, briefs and other pleadings. Ms. Sanchez is heavily involved in all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial. She has tried personal injury cases in Texas courts. Ms. Sanchez has experience practicing in the Rio Grande Valley region of Texas and is fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Sanchez advises educational entities on a broad range of topics, including employment, special education, and litigation. Ms. Sanchez also advises business owners and individuals involved in debt disputes and assists in the collection of debt.
