Nicholl Wade practices primarily in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. She represents a wide range of businesses and individuals in both state and federal courts involving construction defects, construction accidents, and lien disputes.

Experience

Victory Awning v. Dupriest Investments, 348th District Court, Tarrant County, Texas.  Obtained favorable judgment for client, foreclosed on lien, and obtained attorneys’ fees.
