April Robbins joined Brackett & Ellis in 2002. Prior to joining Brackett & Ellis, Ms. Robbins represented defendants in personal injury lawsuits, premises liability claims, products liability claims and commercial disputes. Six and a half of those years she focused on aviation related claims including labor and employment and wrongful death. Her practice consists primarily of insurance defense, insurance coverage, subrogation claims, and personal injury litigation. Ms. Robbins has tried civil cases in both state and federal court and has handled appeals in the state and federal arena.
