Claudine Jackson's practice involves medical and professional malpractice, employment litigation, product liability, and general tort litigation, including mass tort claims. She also practices in the area of commercial litigation, handling contract disputes, fraud claims, and consumer protection issues. Mrs. Jackson has tried commercial and personal injury cases and argued before the Fort Worth Court of Appeals. She returned to Brackett & Ellis in 2002 after practicing employment law as in-house counsel for an international corporation. Mrs. Jackson received an AV Peer Review Rating by LexisNexis Martindale Hubbell in 2007.  

Mrs. Jackson has been recognized by Texas Monthly as a "Texas Rising Star" and by Fort Worth Magazine as a "Top Attorney" in both Labor and Employment Law, Employer and Medical Malpractice, Defense.  She received the Outstanding Young Lawyer of Texas Award and the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Outstanding Young Lawyer Award in 2007. She was an American Bar Association National Outstanding Young Lawyer Award Finalist in 2008.
