Texas Bar Journal Publishes Trade Secrets Article by Joe Cleveland and Heath Coffman

Brackett & Ellis attorneys, Joe Cleveland and Heath Coffman, co-authored an article entitled “Protecting Trade Secrets Made Simple: How the Recently Enacted Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act Provides a Legislative Framework for Litigating Cases” that was selected for publication by the Texas Bar Journal. Mr. Cleveland and Mr. Coffman were instrumental in drafting the proposed legislation, preparing the bill analysis and testifying in support of the adoption of the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act. They are frequent speakers on the topic of intellectual property and trade secrets at seminars throughout the state.
