Brackett & Ellis Wins Dismissal of Civil Rights Lawsuit Filed Against Aledo ISD

Tom Myers of Brackett & Ellis successfully defended Aledo ISD in a lawsuit asserting civil rights violations and bullying claims against the school district. The Fort Worth federal court granted the school district’s motion and dismissed the case.
