Brackett & Ellis Wins Summary Judgment for AXIS Insurance Company in Coverage Dispute Involving D&O Policy

Richard Gateley, Elaine Morris and Joe Cleveland of Brackett & Ellis successfully defended AXIS Insurance Company before a federal court in the Eastern District of Texas in an insurance coverage lawsuit involving a directors and officers insurance policy. The Court granted AXIS’s motion for summary judgment and entered a take-nothing judgment. Brackett & Ellis was co-counsel with Geoffrey Heineman of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley in New York.
