Joe Cleveland presented an overview of the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act at the State Bar of Texas 2014 Annual Meeting. Mr. Cleveland spoke to the Intellectual Property, Business Law and Corporate Counsel Sections of the Texas Bar. Mr. Cleveland was instrumental in drafting the proposed legislation, preparing the bill analysis, and testifying in support of the adoption of the Act.
