Brackett & Ellis Wins Appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for 5th Circuit in Insurance Coverage Dispute Involving D&O Policy

Richard Gateley, Elaine Morris and Joe Cleveland of Brackett & Ellis won an appeal before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in an insurance coverage lawsuit involving a directors and officers insurance policy. The Court affirmed the trial court’s summary judgment and take-nothing judgment. Brackett & Ellis was co-counsel with Geoffrey Heineman of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley in New York
