Brackett & Ellis, P.C. is pleased to announce the recent addition of Kevin C. Smith to our firm. Mr. Smith joined Brackett & Ellis as an associate. Mr. Smith attended Texas Tech School of Law, where he was a Comment Editor for the Law Review and served as a Contract tutor and Legal Practice teaching fellow. Mr. Smith’s practice primarily consists of commercial litigation, appellate, and school law.
