C.R. Moore III practices primarily in the areas of real estate, professional liability defense, and real estate litigation. He assists clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including researching and preparing motions, briefs, and other pleadings. Mr. Moore assists with client interviews, discovery, witness preparation, depositions, and other pre-trial matters in state and federal district courts.

In addition to litigation matters, Mr. Moore participates in administrative proceedings before the Texas Real Estate Commission as well as proceedings before the Texas Association of Realtors. He regularly advises real estate brokers and agents regarding compliance with the Texas Real Estate License Act and the Texas Real Estate Commission Regulations.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Moore worked for seven years as a licensed real estate appraiser handling various ad valorem tax issues for the Erath County Appraisal District.
