Jeffrey Tillman practices primarily in the areas of general litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. He assists clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including researching and preparing pre-trial motions, briefs, and other pleadings in both state and federal courts. Mr. Tillman is also involved in all manners of litigation including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial. Mr. Tillman has successfully tried multiple lawsuits in Texas courts involving general tort liability.

Mr. Tillman has experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in both first- and third-party insurance disputes involving tort claims, coverage claims, and bad faith claims. He also has experience representing clients in contract disputes, landlord tenant disputes, real estate matters, defamation suits, construction disputes, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Lastly, Mr. Tillman has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and survival claims.
