Joe Drago has extensive experience in insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation in federal and state courts throughout Texas. He researches, analyzes and prepares coverage opinions for both domestic and international insurers, including Underwriters participating in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market. He also represents clients in first-party and third-party insurance claims.

Mr. Drago has substantial experience representing defendants in personal injury suits, particularly medical negligence claims against physicians, nursing homes and other health care providers. He also represents clients in general liability tort claims, non-subscriber claims and commercial litigation.

Mr. Drago is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review, signifying the highest level of professional excellence and adherence to the highest ethical standards – a distinction achieved by fewer than 5% of attorneys nationwide.
