Kyle Markwardt practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and general litigation. He assists clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including researching and preparing motions, briefs, and other pleadings. Mr. Markwardt is also involved in all manners of litigation including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Markwardt worked as a personal lines insurance underwriter for a national property and casualty insurer. Additionally, while working for a foreign exchange brokerage, he also helped large-to-medium-sized corporate clients manage their international currency exposure.
