Veronica Chavez Law practices primarily in the area of business and commercial transactions, representing businesses in a variety of commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, conversions and stock and asset sales. She has a particular expertise in transactions involving commercial real estate, and specializes in contract negotiations, finance, banking, and regulatory matters. She often works with her law partners on litigation involving real estate-based claims.

Ms. Law has been chosen numerous times by her peers for inclusion in the List of Top Attorneys in Fort Worth as published by Fort Worth Magazine and in 2006 was chosen by the Fort Worth Business Press as one of the 40 under Forty. She was recognized by Thomson Reuters in Texas Monthly in 2006 and 2008 as a Rising Star in her areas of practice – signifying a high degree of peer recognition and achievement in her practice area.
