Pedro M. Zavala

Pedro Zavala has been practicing since 2020 and focuses his practice on insurance defense, professional liability defense, and commercial litigation. He assists his clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including researching and preparing motions, briefs, and other pleadings. Mr. Zavala is also involved in all manners of litigation including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.

In his professional liability practice, Mr. Zavala represents real estate agents and brokers in defense of claims involving the Texas Real Estate License Act, the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and other common law claims such as fraud, negligence and negligent misrepresentation. Mr. Zavala also represents real estate professionals in administrative proceedings before the Texas Real Estate Commission.
