Joe Cleveland testified before the House Technology Committee in support of the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act. He stated that the adoption of the proposed legislation would modernize the law of misappropriation of trade secrets in Texas. Mr. Cleveland was instrumental in drafting the proposed legislation and preparing the bill analysis.
