Tom Myers presented Before You Build: What Schools Must Know Before Signing Construction Contracts at the National School Board Associations’ Annual Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Myers chaired the Construction Contracts Committee of the Texas Association of School Boards, Council of School Attorneys and was instrumental in drafting the model construction contract amendments used by school districts throughout the United States.
