Lynn Rossi Scott has been elected Vice-President of the Education Law Association (ELA), which is a national membership organization composed of school lawyers, professors of education law, and school and college administrators. The organization is dedicated to being the premier source for national education law, anticipating trends in education law and supporting scholarly research through print and electronic publications, conferences, seminars and webinars. Mrs. Scott is anticipated to serve as President of ELA in 2017.
