Brackett & Ellis Attorneys Win Appeal of Case Involving Misappropriation of Trade Secrets, Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Breach of Contract

The Fort Worth Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court’s take nothing jury verdict in complex misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract case involving industrial processes and chemistry for hot-dip galvanizing filed by AZZ against Boyce Galvanizing and Cole Morgan.  At trial, AZZ had sought over $3.5 million in damages.  The jury returned a take nothing verdict, which was affirmed on appeal.

Joe Cleveland and Andrea Paris successfully represented Boyce Galvanizing and Cole Morgan on appeal.
