On June 30, 2015, Joe Cleveland will be the featured speaker in a webcast hosted by State Bar of Texas on the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act. Mr. Cleveland will be joined by Irene Kosturakis, Area Vice President of Intellectual Property for BMC Software, Inc. and Herbert J. Hammond, partner at Thompson & Knight, LLP. Mr. Cleveland currently serves as chair of the Trade Secrets Committee of the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of Texas and was instrumental in drafting, preparing the bill analysis and testifying in support of the adoption of the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of intellectual property and trade secrets at seminars throughout the state.
