Lynn Rossi Scott was recently awarded the prestigious Marion A. McGhehey Award by the National Education Law Association, an association of school lawyers, school administrators, and school law professors. The award, which is ELA’s highest honor, is given for outstanding national service in the field of education law and to the Education Law Association. Mrs. Scott served as president of the ELA in 2017, and has been active in its leadership, publications, and seminars, in addition to its annual conference, for more than 20 years.
