Elaine Morris has substantial experience representing insurance companies in insurance coverage opinions and related litigation. She researches, analyzes and prepares coverage opinions for both domestic and international insurers, including Underwriters participating in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market. Ms. Morris analyzes both the legal and practical ramifications of policy language development, claims handling procedures and insurance coverage issues. She advises clients on a variety of insurance policies including property, liability, casualty, motor truck cargo, commercial property, residential homeowner’s, mobile homeowner’s, commercial general liability, flood, business income loss, motor vehicle, directors and officers liability, reinsurance, and errors and omissions.
