Russell Norment has practiced in the areas of commercial real estate and banking for over 40 years. He represents lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, developers, contractors, buyers and sellers in a wide range of commercial transactions. He also has substantial experience in commercial leasing, representing both landlords, developers and tenants. Mr. Norment represents businesses and individuals in the formation of business entities, asset sales and acquisitions, and general contract negotiation, preparation and enforcement.
