M. Alejandra Conoley

Alejandra Conoley focuses her practice on real estate law, where she assists clients with commercial transactions, including leasing, purchase and sale transactions, contract drafting and review, due diligence, and closings.

Prior to joining our real estate section, Ally was on our litigation team handling insurance defense matters, where she represented insurers and their policyholders’ automobile and premises liability claims. Her background includes handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, witness preparation, motion practice, and pre-trial proceedings.

She brings a detail-oriented and practical approach to her real estate practice, drawing on her litigation experience to help clients navigate transactions efficiently and effectively.
