Zak D. Martinez

Zak Martinez has practiced for over six years as a litigator in both family law and insurance defense litigation.  He began his career handling family law cases in Texas, before moving to Florida, where he initially continued his family law practice. Mr. Martinez transitioned to insurance defense litigation, working at one of Florida’s largest defense firms.  He returned to Texas to continue his practice of insurance defense litigation. He has trial experience in Texas District and County Courts, as well as Florida Circuit Courts. Mr. Martinez has experience representing and advising insurance companies and their insurers in first-party and third-party claims, including both property and personal injury-related claims.
