Alyssa J. Marquette

AJ Marquette practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate. She represents businesses and individuals in various commercial transactions, including asset sales and acquisitions, contract negotiations, preparation, and enforcement. Prior to joining Brackett and Ellis, AJ served as in-house legal counsel for a commercial real estate developer providing full-scale development services to nationally recognized tenants. AJ’s experience in this role has given her insight into the business side of commercial development, allowing her to better understand the immediate and long-term business objectives of her clients.
