Matt Koronczok works with clients to resolve their disputes efficiently and effectively with other parties. Matt’s practice focuses primarily on representing landowners, business owners, and construction contractors at all levels of litigation, including negotiations, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.
Prior to practice at Brackett & Ellis, Matt worked as a litigator at a small firm in Stephenville, Texas, where he litigated matters for municipalities, real estate developers, small business owners, construction contractors, banks, farms, ranches, and dairies.
During law school, Matt served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Reed O’Connor, District Judge in the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Jeffrey L. Cureton, Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Texas. He also served as the Survey Editor of The Journal of Property Law, where he was responsible for working with over 25 article authors for the publication of articles pertaining to oil and gas.
