Michael Raeder practices primarily in the areas of general litigation and insurance defense.  He assists clients in a broad range of litigation matters. He has represented numerous corporations, insurance companies, and their insureds in District, County, and Administrative courts across Texas. Mr. Raeder has extensive successful trial experience at the District Court, County Court, Justice of the Peace Court and Administrative Courts in the state of Texas. Mr. Raeder has experience representing and advising insurance companies and their insureds in first and third-party claims including both property and personal injury related claims. Mr. Raeder also has extensive experience representing clients in the field of Texas Workers’ Compensation.
