Kaylee Maxon represents both corporate and individual clients in state and federal court, handling complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts, and a wide range of other civil matters. Prior to joining Brackett & Ellis, P.C., Kaylee clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey L. Cureton in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. During her clerkship, Kaylee gained extensive experience handling a broad range of civil matters, including employment disputes, constitutional claims, contract disputes, and torts.
During law school, Kaylee gained experience as a licensed legal intern at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office. She also served as an Academic Fellow for her law school, helping teach Criminal Law and Evidence.
